Research suggests that marijuana decreases the supply of oxygen by affecting the blood flow that carries oxygen.

People who have heart related problems have high chances of complication if they take marijuana, they can feel dizzy, numb and chest pain after smoking it. The increased heart rate also increases anxiety and gives an uneasy feeling.
Marijuana and Lungs
Smoking Marijuana has similar effect on lungs the way cigarettes harm the lungs. Smoking marijuana over long period of time increases the chances of lung cancer as it has carcinogenic hydrocarbons which is quite high than present in normal smoke.

People who frequently smoke marijuana have increased cases of respiratory problems, burning sense in tongue, throat and coughing is more common in them.

Researchers consider that marijuana can be particularly harmful to the lungs because people often draw in the unfiltered smoke severely and hold it in their lungs for longer period of time. Consequently, the smoke is intact in the lung tissues for longer periods that exasperate the lungs.
Marijuana And Brain
First and the foremost effect of Marijuana are to make an illusive brain. Often a person who takes marijuana finds difficult to concentrate, talk properly or even see clearly immediately after taking it. Depending on the quantity taken the effects lasts on the person.

THC is mainly responsible for the brain to see the illusions, when a person takes marijuana the THC rushes rapidly in the blood stream from lungs. The THC connects to a receptor in the brain called cannabinoid receptors and does the trick of temporary illusions, time concepts and other sensory responses.
Marijuana and Mind
The effect on brain by smoking marijuana also affects the mindset of the person. Few of the problems the person faces is an increased sense of:
